Website privacy

The short version

• Calculators stay private. Figures you type run in your browser. We do not store or send them to a Tidy Sheets server.
• Cookieless analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics (when enabled on this Cloudflare account) to see page views and which pages are useful. It is designed to be privacy-friendly and does not use cookies for advertising.
• No ad cookies from us. We do not run third-party ad trackers on this site.
• Hosting. The site is on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes basic technical data (such as IP address) to deliver pages securely. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

Cloudflare Web Analytics

Cloudflare Web Analytics helps us understand traffic (for example visits and popular pages) so we can improve the tools. It is cookieless analytics: it does not set cookies for ads, and it is not used to build advertising profiles. Enabling it needs a one-time step in the Cloudflare dashboard (or an API token with Account Settings / RUM permissions). More detail: Cloudflare Web Analytics and the Cloudflare privacy policy.

Browser extension

The separate UK Mileage Log browser extension collects nothing and has its own policy: Extension privacy.
